Standard shipping for home decor typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture pieces may take 2-4 weeks due to specialized white-glove delivery.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture is non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Enki ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Is assembly required for your furniture?
Most of our larger items arrive pre-assembled or include premium white-glove assembly services. Smaller items may require minimal assembly, with all tools and instructions provided.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture deliveries, our logistics partner will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
